Color Drench

“Color Drench” is an open and ongoing collection of two acrylic works so far, both 8”x10”. The images explore color as a creator of atmosphere: to experiment with emotional reaction while restricting the color palette. Within my first two works of this style, “Glacier” feels quite cozy and hopeful to me - regardless of the frozen subject matter - while “Canyon’s” scorching desert feels more stark and cold. Works so far completed in 2022. This collection is experimental and not currently available as original works, but can be purchased as prints in various mediums.
